Wellston High School

This large high school served the community of Wellston, Ohio for more than a quarter century before seeing its demise in the summer of 2003.

History

The Wellston High School at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and 6th Street was constructed in 1928 and demolished in 2002 in favor of a new facility.(1) It served primarily grades nine through twelve.
