Elbert-Filbert Public School

The Elbert-Filbert Public School was located in Elbert, West Virginia, a coal mining community in the United States Steel Gary Works. The Elbert-Filbert school, which was used for white children, was constructed in 1922.(1) As of 2011, it was being used as a church.
